The location of the hotel was perfect, with excellent transportation options nearby. We enjoyed the rooftop pool area and found it to be very comfortable. The rooms were nice and comfortable as well. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to many attractions and restaurants.
They also did not clean our room without explanation and seemed bothered when we asked about it. we felt that customer service was lacking and did not meet our expectations.
